Employed at Continental Foods (Nagoya Okura) in 1992. After that, he joined the Okura Act City Hotel and worked as a deputy chef at the Chinese restaurant "Momohanarin".
Certified as a Fujinokuni food capital maker and appointed chairman of the Hamamatsu Mitsuboshikai, he is dedicated to creating food and culture that is unique to that area.
After working as a chef at Teppanyaki "Sazanka", he became a chef at URUICHI.
